Edd Lai, an artist, has a dream of bringing some light into our lives through dark comics.

On her Instagram profile, a comic artist describes Jolie’s life as “welcome to my life.” Life of Jolie is a new 21-year-old Norwegian comic by Johanne Lid, who started when the world turned into a craze in March to show what her everyday life looks like. “Funny and quirky slice-of-life comics have everything a “normal” woman can relate to her personal struggles,” says the author.,Interactions that are both adorable and annoying, as well as cute and sometimes unpredictable dogs, as well as some childhood memories. While her comics follow the life of a fictitious character, the majority of them are so real and close to her heart that you might say they represent real-life experiences…

As a result, we’d like to invite you to Jolie’s Life, which includes at least a sliver of each of us. Don’t forget to vote for your favourite comics, and don’t miss our artist interview below!

Johanne Lid is a self-taught artist who is currently researching music science. She loves drawing comics as much as she likes reading them..

“I’ve loved doing art since I was a kid, and I’ve always been artistic, I suppose.” I remember other kids in kindergarten asking me to draw bows for them (bows were my specialty). I am a self-taught individual. Because the comic style was unfamiliar to me when I first started, it took some time for the drawing to reach the level I desired (and I still want to improve!).

.The artist expresses her delight at having started posting her comics so that she can keep track of her creative progress.

“Every aspect of my life serves as a source of inspiration for me! I can be standing in the shower when an amusing idea for shower curtains pops into my head. My comics are portraits of stories about small struggles in life with a comedy twist, which I like to think of as portraits of stories about small struggles in life! I want to create something that people can identify with!”

It’s no coincidence that Jolie is depicted as a young adult in the comic book. Lid draws inspiration from her personal life and recreates those experiences in her quirky illustrated stories.

Obviously, it takes a long time, so that must be the most difficult battle. I try to post as often as possible, but that takes time. But seeing people’s responses makes it all worthwhile!! People are so nice, and I’ve been so lucky to have such wonderful fans!” Obviously, it takes a long time, so that must be the most difficult part.
